Easy to use

These are so easy to use. Just connect the flex tubes, and bags, then they attach via magnet to the hub.

Good Pump

I really loved the willow pump, it’s super convenient and it isn’t as loud as I thought it would be! Only issue is that the milk containers are sold separately and I would’ve appreciated that detail in the description before I purchased…

Works well on the go, takes a long time to get the output. Takes a lot of adjustment for it not to hurt. Once right position it works well.

So much hope, I got no milk

I was so happy when I purchased the Willow. The first 2 days of use, it worked (although it never really fully emptied my breasts) and then I got less and less output and nowdays I get literally drops of milk each pumping session. I measured myself and got inserts but it has not worked. I worked on alignment as I understand it takes practice, and nothing (nowhere in the website it says the learning curve is so steep). The Customer Service person was really nice and tried to help but I am still in the same situation. I am so dissapointed as I made the investment to create a breastmilk stash for my baby for when I return to the office and I will have to back the Spectra or other pump to do it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Really nice concept and product but doesn’t fully empty the breasts and I frequently get flex tube error which can be annoying

This pump has been such a lifesaver as a new mom who both breastfeeds and pumps. It gives me the freedom to stay on top or other things while pumping when my son is asleep, or just lay down and forget that I’m even pumping. The flanges only go up to 27 which is just slightly too small for me which gives for a tighter squeeze every so often. The app is easy to use and fantastic for tracking where you day to day milk production is, and keeping track of the times you pumped. When I go back to work I know this pump will allow me to pump through zoom meetings silently, so I can still provide my son breast milk while he’s at daycare. I only knock off one star for the lack of higher flange sizes, but I believe larger ones are coming soon!
