Disappointed

I got this pump to give me the ability to pump when I go back to work. However, these pumps are WAY too bulky to fit my clothes and wear in front of anyone but my husband! I’ll have to buy all new clothes to maybe make it work, but will still look silly. Frustrating and sad. Hoping to figure something out, but not feeling too hopeful about it.

There is definitely a learning curve with getting willow up and running and I can’t say enough about their customer support. They truly want you to win and have the best pumping experience! Don’t give up and reach out to them!!
It’s been about a month with my willow now and I absolutely love it!
I would recommend this to a friend!

I have pumped 3 times with it and I just noticed a drastically decrease in my milk that if I get a session done with my Spectra. I will keep trying because this was a very expensive investment.

Huge learning curve

Personally I’m not the biggest fan. In order for these to work correctly you need a whole set up, including an updated bra or it won’t work properly. At this point with twins I don’t have the time to learn how this needs to work properly and every time I use it I get a low pump amount and then both sides get blocked up for a few days so it’s not really worth it. I’m pretty frustrated.

Flanges run small

The flanges run small. I've ordered 3 different flanges and now I'm at the largest size and it's still too small. Now I have a product I can't use and spent a significant amount. I'm very disappointed.

Extremely disappointing

As a first time mom I wanted the best rated breast pump on the market. I came across the Willow pump and thought it sounded amazing. I was so disappointed while pumping that I literally cried. I tried all size flanges and they were all very uncomfortable. No matter how I positioned it and no matter what bra I wore it with I always got an inaccurate amount of breast milk and a bag full of air. There have been times that I’ve pumped for 25 minutes or more and the pump says I have over 2 ounces in the bag and when I open the pump it’s completely empty. The stress this pump has caused me is unreal. And the money I wasted on this product is heartbreaking considering it’s made me cry out of frustration several times. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT!

It’s convenient

I have the freemie pump and the hygela electric plug-in pump. Going back to work the Freemie pump is good but was inconvenient for me (too many wires). The Willow is great but I would prefer it without the bags. I feel like with the bags it is too much of a hassle and obviously you’re spending lots of money in disposable bags. Sometimes when I pump I’ll pump a good amount other times I may be unlucky and just pump about less than an ounce. When it’s that small of an amount I feel that the bag is pretty much being wasted. I wish there was a way that the bags were able to be reusable in those cases. Other than that I do recommend the Willow! It has the option to raise up the suction levels. It goes until expression mode on its own which is great because I can just put it on and forget about it.

my cups think they're full after .5 ounces and make me dump. Super annoying! I also am consistently getting less than with my other pump
