I really like the set up of the pump and these flanges add to the ease of that feature. Plus, they are SUPER easy to clean, and who doesn’t want that.

Very easy to use and fits perfectly, honestly better than my 21mm I attach to my spectra! Once I figured out the flip to finish I love my willow even more!

Pumps do not work properly and it’s taken weeks to get new ones sent. I am very unhappy with the amount of money spent and to be a month in and haven’t been able to use them.

Don’t feel good against the skin and very challenging to ensure proper fit and placement since there is limited visibility when you put them on.

Difficult to clean

Cumbersome to assemble/disassemble and clean. There are a lot of little corners in the flanges making it difficult to clean. I have the little brushes that came with the willow but it seems that there could be a different or better designed brush for these parts. Furthermore the replacement flanges didn’t even come with a new brush which is a little nuts considering the price of them.However they work well. I definitely suggest holding them in place firmly against yourself for a solid 30-45 seconds before leaving them hands free.
