Great concept, bummed about durability

I love this concept to save plastic and not have to purchase bags, especially since my pumped milk is going right into bottles for daycare. I also found them to work well once you get the hang. I’m only disappointed that you need to purchase replacement products every 3 months, which I did find to be true. We spent a lot on the pump and just bummed to keep spending more.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I purchased the Willow because of the convivence, as I am a working mother. I usually pump 2/3 oz per side, however, with the willow I am lucky to get 1 oz per side. The bags fill up with air and then it won't stay closed so I switched to the reusable milk containers. This did not change the outcome. I also remeasured and bought different sizes. I am very disappointed after spending that much money that this product has drastically lowered my supply.

It definitely makes life more convenient, but they aren’t the easiest to get dry if you need them in a hurry.

Total waste of money. I have had a multitude of problems with this product, starting from the first use. The app doesn't work and is inaccurate. The containers leak when I do flip to finish whether they are on a one or 2. So disappointing.

I really wanted to like the willow containers, to save money instead of buying bags. I feel like the flange is shaped differently - I need an insert to use the containers properly. Also, I never feel like they get clean, since I can't fit a bottle brush up into all the edges. There always seems to be a little bit of milk left when I pour it out. I'm disappointed that I wasted my money on these containers.

When the containers work they are THE BEST!! They allow me to work as a detective and not have to take the time out of my day to worry about making sure my baby gets the milk he needs. But the containers only work sometimes. Sometimes they suck in air and act like they are full when they aren’t. When this happens trying to pump at work is the WORST!

The containers work great the first few times you use them, but even after meticulous cleaning and care they start to be unreliable to use. I have 3 different sets of containers and all three sets end up not working. Instead of the pumps sip,sip,sip,gulp, they just keep gulping while in expression mode, getting air inside the container giving an “all full” alert even when there is only an ounce of milk inside. Then it requires you to flip to finish, remove the 1 ounce, and then reattach and repeat this process. I don’t have the patience to be doing this during my pumping sessions. As mentioned, it has happened with all 3 sets I have. I wanted to love this so much because the bags cost an arm and a leg, but I would rather pump with the bags because I can rely on the bags more than the container.
