Sadly disappointed

Unfortunately I was very disappointed with this product and wish I was able to return it. I barely got any output. And no matter how many times I watched videos on how to properly align and picking the correct flanges, it still hurt to pump. Also, they don't fit an any type of bra. Not sure if it's because I have larger breasts, but there's no way I could walk around with them. They are very heavy and not concealable. All the reviews I read said these were the best wearables. I'm sure they work for other people, but they didn't work for me at all.

DO NOT BUY THESE

I’ve bought 2 sets of these now and both have nothing but issues. The first set just stopped latching completely after like a month and when I contacted for replacement or something they gave me a 50% off coupon code (better than nothing I guess). Now with the second set, I turn it on and it just continuously empties the flex tubes. Saying that I’m pumping insane amounts when it’s actually nothing. For such an expensive machine I expected it to at least work. This company is trash

Trial and Error

I think it takes a lot of practice to get comfortable using these. I had several sessions the first few weeks where I lost milk during the flip to finish which is always so hard to have happen. So far, I’ve been only getting about 2 ounces per session no matter when I pump and I’m only just now getting used to the careful process of transferring the milk from the containers to a bottle or bag.

One leaky container

These containers make me so mad. I swear I need every drop of my breast milk because I don’t have a huge supply and to have it leak from one side is truly frustrating.

Horrible

Just got them and they are constantly leaking. I always make sure they are on the correct number and they leak. Makes this experience so stressful, almost feel the willow wasn’t worth the investment. I don’t want to buy bags all the time!

Leak at the end

Used these with my willow pump for my first pregnancy with no issues (2021-2022). Purchased new containers recently (2024) and they leak each time I am done with the “flip to finish” function. Still use them because they work better than the bags (constantly fill with air/re-suction), but know to “flip to finish” over a sink or with a towel underneath.

Eco friendly but malfunction

I like being able to reuse the containers, but sometimes they don’t work well. The pump just starts thinking I’m making 0.1 ounce every three seconds and 3 min later, I get a “bag full” alert. It is also impossible to edit the amount of milk pumped so I’ve had 45 ounces recorded in a 20 min pumping session

Constant Troubleshooting Issues
on March 31, 2024

I have been using this product almost daily for over 6 months. I have replaced the parts as recommended, I clean it after every use, I often wear my willow bra and am good with placement. Every time I use it, I have to spend a considerable amount of time troubleshooting what is wrong with one or both of the pumps. Most of my sessions last an hour+, which is very frustrating. The issues typically revolve around my pump making a continuous gulping noise and failing to suction properly. With every gulp my app will calculate an oz of milk produced, so my readings will show a very large output. Often there's is little to none until I get the suction working properly, typically through unlatching and relatching multiple times. Or sometimes just letting it malfunction for a period of time. When I pause the pump, the malfunctioning continues. Other times it will start blinking with an orange light and request that I flush out the container or flange. I will typically have to do that several times before I stop getting the error. This product is nice when it works easily, which is rare. It definitely provides a convenient, less invasive experience. I have had minimal leaking issues, and generally that was in the early days when I was learning to use it. These are the reasons I gave it one extra star and I've continued to use it after all this time. If I were a working parent, I would have thrown it out long ago. The constant troubleshooting takes away the convenience factor. I am a stay home parent who only uses a pump in the evenings after bed time. Therefore, while frustrating I can mess with it regularly to get it to work. As I'm planning to start pumping more often with solids I plan to look for a more reliable replacement. I cannot spend 3-4 hrs pumping a day.I would not recommend purchasing this pump. For the large expense, the constant issues are a disappointing problem. The Medela (which I used with earlier children), while more invasive always worked properly, except for the occasions of user error.
