Like these better than the bag

Still often lose milk but I usually collect it in a bottle. You can see when it’s pumping and you don’t have to worry about air ruining the bag.

Really disappointed overall

I had such high hopes for Willow but 6 months in, I’m terribly disappointed. Parts need to be replaced every 3 months, at your own expense. That’s on top of the high price for the pumps themselves. I’ve lost track of how many times I’ve had to troubleshoot issues with their team now. I’m sick of it. Truly. I wish I hadn’t bought these but I’m too far in to get another pump and can’t use insurance again so I’m stuck with pumps that only work done of the time.

Bought 3 pairs and received 1 defective one

I bought 3 pairs of these for my Willow 3.0 for its convenience, however; there’s one that I received that would consistently have flip-to-finish mishaps and it would always leak which is very frustrating and messy. The other ones work great. I contacted customer service regarding the matter and waiting on their response.

Absolutely horrible pumps. They leak everywhere. Choose mozycozy. So much easier. You spend more time trying to get the pumps adjusted and fitted then you do cleaning the mozycozy pumps. Waste of money!!!!!!

Not Worth it.

I really wanted to love this product.. however I had so many issues trying to get my container to work. I followed every instructions to make sure I did not come across the issue of having to keep troubleshooting by pump but, it came to the point I had to clean out the container and completely make sure not a single drop of water was left behind while trying to pump. It was stressful and caused so much frustration trying to get the containers to work.. Plus having to purchase new ones to come across the same issue.. no thank you. Definitely recommend having a wire free pump. I don’t recommend this one.
