I know some have a love/hate relationship with these things. I don’t have a single complaint. As long as they are cleaned real good I haven’t had a single problem!

Willow pump and cups

Very upset with the willow and now these milk containers. I have a lot of issues with leaking. I have tried the bags and the cups and have leaking issues with both. I was just expecting more since willow products are so expensive.

Fragile valves

I have been pumping (exclusively) for about 5 months and gone through at least 5 sets of milk containers. I want to like these and not waste so many milk bags, but I've probably generated more plastic waste at this point than if I had used the bags. The main issue on the milk containers is the valve. It's extremely fragile and difficult to clean. Any residue or damage results in an error telling you to clean the valve or that the container is falsely full--very annoying when you've only been pumping for 5 minutes. The valves are impossible to clean without damaging. I've tried lightly brushing them, not brushing them at all, soaking them in soapy water immediately, flushing and washing with only hot water, etc. The most recent set that I purchased malfunctioned within a week. When you're pumping at 2 am, an error message is the last thing you want to deal with. Save yourself the headache and use the bags.

These things are a pain in the butt. You have to remember so many snaps to ensure nothing leaks. They are also hard to clean.

Perfect for work

I love this and it is perfect for my type of work as a baker, I move around and bend over a lot. They stay in place and I am happy with the volume. My only complaint is that everything is sold separate, the reusable container should already be an option instead of an accessory.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Don’t use my pump

These pumps were so uncomfortable, felt more like vacuums hooked up to my nipples rather than baby sucking. Had to buy the Medela pump, which is MUCH more comfortable and actually empties my breasts, and doesn’t spill all my milk during “flip to finish”. Wish I hadn’t ever spent so much money on these Willow pumps. So disappointed.

Would not purchase

These regularly say they are full when they are not. Also have a lot more issues getting a correct seal with these containers attached to the pump. Even when placed into the 2 mode for flip to finish they still leak.
