Nice and work most of the time

I have two sets, one set works great but the second set has one reservoir that consistently has issues. The app say there is a clog where the flange connects. Even after cleaning I’m unable to find the issue. Otherwise good and work great, they pay for themselves after consistent use compared to buying the bags.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Wish they held more ounces; needed replacements

Willow has proven to be very convenient for me. Overall, the ease of it is nice. These milk containers are great so I don't have to use the bags but I wish they held more ounces. I have one side that can pump out 5-6 ounces. Even if I empty and replace, at that point I really can't get the rest pumped out the second go around. I have also had some issues with the container getting an error and needed to get a replacement twice. Customer service is fantastic, however, so they have been able to help me with this but I definitely was super sad about it at 5 am when I was trying to pump. Otherwise, easy to clean. Would definitely still get so I don't have to waste money and trash on the bags!

I have hard water and I feel they clog faster for me and need to be replaced more than other people would. Love the reusable containers but they don’t empty me like the bags do

Learning curve

I love the convenience of willow milk containers. It took me a good 2 weeks of pumping to really figure out all the kinks and processes. And still sometimes I forget a step, but learning along the way! Worth all the mishaps, it's a great product.

Actively pumping active duty

Still learning and getting used to the size but I love the mobility I am allowed. Being active duty, it means the world to be able to fit the pumps under your blouse and get to work. In a typical office setting no one notices and to moms around me they are jealous they didn’t have it and some are almost encouraged to have another baby to use one. It’s worth the investment in such a difficult time.

I love having these to use because bags are expensive. You do have to use a rag to clean them because the brushes can’t get in all the places but it’s worth it.
