seagate has been my go to external hard drive for 10 years plus,so when i saw the sale of this ssd in a much smaller form factor,i jumped on the opportunity! about the size of a credit card and 1/4 inch thick,this 1tb ssd easily nestles into my laptop station and runs flawlessly. NO MORE HARD DISK FOR ME! ssd is quite,cool, no moving parts! highly recomend.and BEST BUY always delivers fast and offers great sales!

Perfect little backup the fits in your palm. While a tad more $ than it’s HDD counterpart, well worth it considering their are no moving disc parts that will fail eventually. Nice they included two USB type adapters.

External Hard Drive For Older iMac Desktop

I recommend the Seagate One Touch 1TB USB 3.2 External Solid State Drive (SSD).. The one here is now the External Hard Drive for our 2019 Mac Desktop computer.
Until a week ago this computer was horribly slow. Tasks that used to take a minute or more are now performed in milli-seconds.
Purchased another Seagate One Touch 1TB USB 3.2 External Solid State Drive and installed yesterday, as the hard drive, for a friend’s 2016 Mac Desktop. That computer’s performance also significantly improved.
We have never had a problem with any Seagate HDDs purchased over the past 25 years for external backup storage. Thats why I didn't hesitate to buy this Seagate SSD model.
I would recommend this to a friend!
