What have you done wrong?

I have used Zagg protection on my phones and iPads for years. Recently got a 12 mini and when I took the protector off the old phone the screen looked brand new.
But
I add the glass to my new phone and it could not recognize my finger. The phone became almost useless as I would repeatedly try to touch or swipe with no effect. Two chats with support. I can return under warranty. But if the next works as badly I cannot get a refund. And warranty returns have a replacement fee.
Gave up and sent it back. The phone is working well without it.

There were a couple of black specks on my screen when I took off the protective screen, now they are my phone for me to look at. Not so good.

I won’t buy anything else but Zagg. Quality is excellent and installation is reasonably easy. Use the template provided and read all directions before you start. Warranty service is outstanding.

I received these in the mail and took them to the Zagg location in DC on G St. NW. they were installed professionally and beautifully. These Shields give the phones a barrier like no other.

Hinders swiping

iPhone 12 user- have the elite+ and it causes delay in swiping and the phone can’t recognize swipes in lock mode.
