Zaggs warranty is excellent. The customer service is great, Easy only replacements, and I especially love the plastic installation frame. My only complaint is a replacement for the plastic install frame is not available.

Dropped my phone from up a truck step. Hit the metal step and the shield cracked but my phone glass was still good. Awesome shield.

This “saved” my last phone-Apple SE 2nd generation, after a few floor drops by taking on the damage, with resultant cracks on the Zagg glass screen protector INSTEAD of the Apple phone screen-which would have costed me $$$ to get fixed if I didn’t invest in getting Zagg screen protector, hence I was able to trade in my old phone which was damage-free for higher price!
Of course I re-purchased another Zagg glass screen protector for my newer Apple SE 3rd generation phone!🙂👍🏻

I purchased a protective shield only to find defects in it. Ordered a warranty replacement and it was defect free and installed perfectly.
