What I expected, but what's with all the plastic?

I've had this glass protector for previous phones and had no issues, which is why I ordered it for my newest phone. The reason I only gave this four stars is due to the amount of unnecessary packaging and single-use plastic to install the glass protector. In previous experiences, this wasn't the case, so I'm not sure why it is now.

Dust catches at the edges, particularly around the notch. Also I have a bunch of air bubbles that I can’t get out around the corners. The glass doesn’t seem that much better than others that I’ve used but it didn’t break after the 1 time I’ve dropped my phone so far so I’ll give it that.

Fits iphone 12 perfectly. Covers edge to edge, no ghost ing. Screen is smooth on fingers just like no screen saver. No finger prints. Easy to install, comes with tray guide, screen cleaner wipe, dust sticker, and microfiber cleaning cloth. Royal
