There isn’t an up or down arrow so I put it on upside down and had to flip it and now there are bubbles

I bought 2 screen protectors maybe 4 years ago for 2 A71 Samsung phones, I have live time unlimited warranty on it. I opened up a claim and the webpage told me we are out of stock for A71 screen protectors. I went on the main page and ordered for full price A71 screen protector because you are not out of stock. I would like to get reimbursed. Please contact me.
