I have been using Zagg for almost as long as iPhones have been around. That means I have also used by about every incarnation of phone protection they have offered. I would say that it is a lot easier now to apply the glass than prior plastic sheets so that is a plus. However, unless it’s just me, I can not ever get the glass to sit completely evenly over the face of the phone which no matter what I do leaves at least one bubble somewhere. Usually around the edges. I have tried every trick that Zagg has published, and a number of online hacks, but ultimately it will rise off the face somewhere and nothing I can do will fix it. This is usually the point of failure in the future. The glass itself works great, but eventually starts working itself off the phone from where the bubble is, and that is that. I have found I am usually replacing them about every 6-8 months. Not a huge deal as they are covered for lifetime replacement except for shipping, but still would prefer to get it right the first time and be done with iy

With the new way they help you put your screen cover on it makes it 1000 times easier than before. The bracket that goes on your phone and all you have to do is put the glass cover inside of it. So much easier than ever before! Plus’s the lifetime guarantee that they always honor with out questions. Why waist your money somewhere else??

Some disappointment, but great warranty

I’ve had and LOVED my zagg protectors on previous iPhones, but this most recent was a bit disappointing. It came with a contraption/guide to help align onto the phone properly, but I found it distracting and limited my view of the full big picture alignment. As a result, I got it on a smidge wonky (a tiny skewed and crooked). I was more annoyed than thinking it needed to be redone. However, then jut 5 days after installing the protector, a minor incident caused it to chip on the edge where it wasn’t perfectly aligned to the phone edge...then resulting in cracks across and up the screen. So, I’m having to replace more quickly than I ever would have thought. Wonder if I didn’t buy the right strength/model? Regardless, the redeeming point is that with the warranty, I’m able to replace it. Hoping for better success applying the next one.
