Cracked already

I got the cover for my brand-new, just-purchased, still-with-the-plastic-foil-on-top phone. I placed the cover RIGHT AFTER removing the protective plastic. Followed all direction and yet, I have two tiny annoying little dots and there’s nothing to be done.
In addition, somehow, this new cover already has a crack In the middle stretching horizontally over the entire screen.
I’d give it a one star but I have previously used the zagg glass covers and worked well *before*. If this is the quality going forward, I would switch to any other generic brand for fraction of the zagg price.

For the phone, it was hard to get the glass on without any bubbles. The screen itself is not smooth and holds smudges worse than the apple screen. If it protects my screen, I will live with it.
For the watch face, mine already broke. I walked around a corner in my home, my arm swung a little wide and bumped a door frame. The edge of the watch face cover shattered, making the watch face cover unusable. Before it shattered, I didn't like the way it changed the color in the daylight on my watchface. I would rate the watch face I purchased a 0.

Poor quality - especially considering the cost.

Screen protector fits poorly and doesn’t cover the entire screen to the edges causing obnoxious light bleeding. Bubbles also remain on the edges and cannot be removed. Dirt and dust get underneath the edges also causing spots on the screen. Product is listed as smudge-proof which is absolutely not the case. Smudges show through terribly. Would not recommend. Very disappointed.

I got this for my IPhone SE Gen 2. I love how easy it was to install. Only complaint I have is it doesn’t completely cover the edges (see picture). Other than that it’s great
