Cracked immediately

Upon placing the screen according to instruction and smoothing using my thumb all looked fine with the application. However 10 minutes later reflected in the light was a curved line across the screen protection and when I felt it I knew it was a crack - a crack even though the phone wasn’t dropped or mishandled-

The mounting tray and tabs on plastic liner made it so easy to install the screen protector in proper alignment. Installation came out great.
