I bought this as a personal computer to keep all my stuff on. I was hesitant since I don't usually use Chromebooks but I took the chance. I love this laptop. So easy to use and keeps all my information perfectly. I use it mostly for paying bills, shopping and personal use, nothing very high tech and it's perfect. The battery lasts forever and it's very fast! Would highly recommend!

Like the size of the computer, but find it difficult to see the keys in daylight (lighted key pad). If the keys were darker they could be seen a lot easier. My other concern is that chrome does not shut down properly. Every time I open the computer I get a pop-up saying "chrome did not shut down properly". If I could return it I would.

Our Office bought this laptop a few months ago. The ONLY issue I have with it is that the WORD & EXCEL do not seem to be supported on it. It forces me to use Google Docs and that does NOT work the same nor does it work well with transferring files I need to my desk top in the same formats. Plus I try to copy & paste from a website to Google Docs and it doesn't seem to work - the formatting is messed up & I can't seem to figure it out.
I keep forgetting that it has touchscreen!

While I have no issues with HP ( I am a HAPPY return customer) and the lap top I purchased is exactly as advertised. I am totally disheartened with the software. I had no idea that Chrome would attempt to take over my entire internet/web life. Would become invasive on so many levels. It signs me out on my phone, from You tube, and other programs. Auto sign no longer exists even when I'm on my desk top. It won't let me download another web browser (I like Fire Fox, NOT ALOUD) I decided to try Chrome because I thought Windows was bad.They pale next to Chrome. Love the lap top I just won't use it as I had hoped to.

I have been using the Chroembook fro a few weeks now and it seems just find. I just needed something to surf thee net so this fits the bill. Its fast, connejcts quickly and the screen size is just right for me. Its a touch screen too and is responsive.
