[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am really loving this My Review for HP Pro c645 Chromebook - Customizable. Firstly I must say I really like that is customizable. Secondly it has a very good AMD processor and graphics card in it. Thirdly it has a great screen, and all around looks great on the outside too. This Chromebook is not your typical Chromebook. I like the fact that camera has anti hacking feature and the keyboard is spill resistance The only draw back is that it is not touch screen as far as I can tell.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The HP Pro c645 Chromebook is a great little laptop. My daughters favorite feature about the computer is that the keyboard lights up. It a great everyday computer for things like watching movies/tv, watching streamers, internet videos and online music apps. Connecting Bluetooth devices is quick and easy. The video quality is great. Downloading apps is pretty easy. The battery is pretty good and lasts most of the day. The cooling fan is silent enough to not ever hear it. It has plenty outside including USB, HDMI USB-C to plug in plenty of extras. There is also fingerprint scanner to unlock it. Overall Great all around Chromebook.
Pros: Affordable, Lightweight
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As soon as I got the package I excitedly open it up cuz I badly need one for my work. It's been a while that I am using it and I am really glad and happy with this product cuz it definitely helps me finish with my work on time. Very long battery life, easy to navigate right away the chrome, which I am happy about. I love the size, very handy, I could work anywhere I want. It made my day more productive.
Cons: More RAM, Smoother Mouse Pad

With a 14in screen is it perfect for being portable while still being a very nice overall size. It’s lite, thin and has all necessary usb and other plug options to make this laptop very user friendly and affordable.

I love my new Chrome/Linux machine!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm super happy with this product. For a chromebook, it comes with a pretty decent configuration, with 128GB SSD and 8GB RAM. For normal home/office use, this machine is super fast and quiet. Due to the SSD, booting is almost instantaneous. Duration of battery charge is also impressive: I'm getting around 11 hours with one charge! I'm no expert in terms of audio/video, but I found this machine to have very good speakers and display. The entire design looks great, even though the chromebook feels a bit "too sharp" along the edges. The weight could have been lighter, but it is still pretty light in comparison with other laptops I have used. The chiclet keyboard feels great and is backlit, which is great. The trackpad is excellent in terms of size, precision, and gestures that it recognizes. Another great feature is the finger reader, which makes it very easy to unlock the screen without having to type your password.
Finally, I must confess that my original intent was to use the chromebook as a linux machine, and I was already planning to wipe out the Chrome OS from the machine. I was surprised to learn that there was a very easy way to set up linux in the machine, as a sandbox within Chrome OS. All you have to do is to install the "terminal" app, and with that, you will have Debian 10 (Buster) installed in a sandbox environment (similar to running linux using Oracle's VM on WIndows). That did the trick for me... I was able to install and run all linux software I needed, access remote servers via ssh, etc... This is exactly what I was looking for, I am super happy with this chromebook. I really recommend it!

The Chromebook is ideal for my needs with most of my favorite apps and extensions work even better on my new laptop than on my older Windows computer. However Firefox doesn't work very well and has to be used as a separate browser but my password manager works flawlessly on the new Chromebook which makes up for Firefox.

ANY PICTURE OR VIDEO ON ANY APP IS EITHER COMPLETLY WASHED OUR OR SHOWS UP AS A NEGATIVE. I WORKED FOR SEVERAL HOURS TRYING TO CORRECT THE PROBLEM BUT WAS UNSUCESSFUL. I WOULD HAVE RETURNED THE COMPTER BUT HAD ALREADY DISCARDED THE BOX
