I ordered my HP laptop via phone after weeks of research. The sales rep understood what I wanted out of the laptop. He asked. all the right questions so he could deliver the best laptop for my needs. I was reluctant to order the laptop without being able to touch it. However, due to the pandemic I didn’t want to go into a store. I had been using my daughter’s college 12 year old HP laptop and it was reaching the end of its life but realized HP products were well made so I felt very comfortable staying with a proven commodity. The touch screen was a new feature and very beneficial when I recently needed to sign off on a medical document. The laptop comes with a pen for the touch screen.
After just working on the laptop for two weeks I know it was the best choice for my personal work.
