This laptop is very nice except for the wifi. The wifi on my friends Mac Pro was strong on my patio where i can only have reliable Wifi in the same room as the router. Very disappointed.

It keeps shutting down for no reason. Its not overheating. I'm still trying to figure it out. From what I've read, i need to do some reinstall or reboot. I haven't had time to figure it out. This laptop is brand new and completely unreliable.

I just bought this comptuer and the touchpad does not work. I've increased the sensitivity as much as possible and still rarely works on first click. Very annoying and not worth the money.

Great graphics, light weight, comfortable keyboard. Easy to configure and set up. Big data in a sleek package moves fast through tasks. Love the dark mode for everything. A little pricey but worth it in the end. Overall it will do the job and then some.

Looks great, set up was easy. I am having a little trouble with the blue bitlocker screen requiring me to access an MA code using another device. Also has a few issues waking up.

After the initial set up- the computer never turned on again. Total dud. Very frustrating that a few days after receiving a new computer, it is unusable and needs to be sent back for 'repair.' HP should send a new machine altogether- what else will go wrong after it's repaired?
