[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After using the laptop for fours days the laptop would not function anymore. I received a blue screen every time I turned it on. I contacted HP support and was informed that my problem was that Windows was corrupted during the installation procedure. I had to return this laptop given this problem. Absurd that a new laptop after four days of usage has a software malfunction.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

While it arrived 2 days later than I hoped because of the holidays and weekend, WOW! I was blown away to find that it surpassed even what I hoped for. To me, the description sounded like it would be ugly and it was exactly the opposite. I think this is one of the coolest looking computers I have ever owned. Its features were beyond anything I anticipated and I am absolutely WILD about the fingerprint ID and non-hackable camera! I buy HP for the people since they always manage to solve my problems, but even if I didn't, I would sure want this computer just because it is so cool and does so much more than I hoped!
