Extremely disappointed with this laptop. I have had nothing but problems with it since I had my IT people hook it up. Won't work with my HP Printer, keeps randomly shutting down. My IT company has spent hours trying to resolve with downloads and updated drivers to no avail, basically shutting down my business and costing more in labor than the computer cost. I have always been a HP person, but this is the poorest quality I have ever seen.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The computer is pretty good. It does what I need it to do. Shipping was quick, and it was packed well. The screen is easy to look at and the keyboard is easy to type on. I am used to a 15" macbook pro and the switchover was fairly easy.
It does have a tendency to freeze when using Zoom or Slack, not sure if it is user error or the computer. Still digging into why!

This is a Great lightweight laptop. It is very powerful yet operates for hours and hours on a single charge. Plus the backlit keyboard was impossible to find with this hardware combination on other big name shopping websites.
