This HP Pavilion is great hardware-wise; but the email program failed to load so there were many hours spent with HP Care SmartFriend support which we are paying for. Email works now but it is still messed up. It is my wife's laptop.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Brought it home conducted configuration installed zoom, worked fine for about half hour into meeting then started emitting a loud feedback noise and wouldn't stop had to completely shut down install zoom on my smart phone to resume the meeting. Besides that seems to work ok.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It’s a great laptop but it turns off after about 30 seconds of being on and I have to restart it and then it works fine, it came preinstalled with an antivirus that wouldn’t let me download popular well known applications. It’s my first time using windows 11 and I think they tried making it simple but it just became more complicated to do advanced things such as opening a file location or deleting something without the keyboard.
