[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had an HP laptop for more than 8 years. Upgraded it to ssd drive and more ram than purchased with. The old one started have signs of old age. Intermittent lockups. My wife and son notice my troubleshooting and surprised me with a new HP laptop. Very pleased with the replacement and expect to have it for a long time. If it last for 10 years I will 84. Hope my next HP will be as good.
