Bought this pavillion and my husband, son, and I assembled it over a two day period. It is sturdy, beautifully made , instructions are terrific, but... it is NOT 10 x 10 . Our older gazebo broke and we wanted a replacement. but now that it's all assembled it is much smaller than our old 10x10. Had we realized it, we would have bought the 12 x 12 and got just what we needed. Unfortunately, too late for us to change it. Just be sure you check the specs.

Overall satisfied with the product. A very sturdy structure. Predrilled holes line up well to accept hardware. Instructions easy to interpret. I decided to apply a stain by brush and it looks good.

My new pavilion

I got this installed last month by my grandson and nephew and it looks awesome so very pleased with quality and that I am out of the hot Florida sun. It looks like it was made for my patio. Now I need a BQ covered station next to it

Our Grillvilion

We purchased the 10 x 10 Meridian Pavilion in the spring of 2022 to use as our "Grillvilion". Assembly was easy with just the two of us. Only needed to enlist a third and fourth person to install the roof. Instructions were clear, product was packaged so nicely that I felt guilty unpacking it. It took about one full day to assemble the structure, and a little longer to customize it (fan, electrical, lights, water, steel walls, etc.). We use it every day. No more grilling in the elements! My only complaint is that I didn't get a larger one.
I would recommend this to a friend!
