[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love our new LG TV. From the moment we first turned it on, we could tell we were in for something special with the 8K and vivid colors produced by this TV! Unboxing and setup were very straightforward. TV came with perfectly sized screws for us to mount the TV on our existing mount. The TV includes a back panel and attached cable management to provide a very clean install. While many will be quick to point out that with a lack of native 8K content, this TV is a bit too much, you have to see the colors to believe it. When we first set it up, we put it right by our previous TV and the colors and additional detail just popped off the screen. The night before we had watched Extraction on Netflix, and I loaded that up again to compare, and Dolby Vision is a thing of beauty (though I know it's on other televisions). Attached some pictures of the TV on in our living room. We have a living room that gets very bright and is configured where you can't always view the TV head on, and we were very impressed with the ability of this TV to remain bright even on an angle (eventually we will be able to have people over again, right?). Due to the enhanced processing, we did notice that the TV gets a bit hotter than our previous TVs. Not anything that's uncomfortable to the touch, but just something to keep in mind, you will want to install this TV where it can be well ventilated. Using the integrated apps was a breeze, though HBO Max was a bummer that it's not currently supported. TV switches quickly between apps, I like the home dashboard and the recently used apps sections. Also, the included artwork is cool. Our previous TV had a similar function, however, the LG added dynamic one's such as in the picture. In this one the sun rises and sets if you leave it up long enough. Other thoughts: The magic remote is an awesome, well thought out remote, I prefer something that has more functions than some of the simplified ones coming out lately. Great sound, though we didn't use it much. Has a function to denote whether you are installing it on a TV stand or wall mounted. The adjustments to the audio when alternating were noticeable. The surround sound capability was pretty impressive for TV speakers.
Overall, very impressed with our new LG TV.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Recent cord cutter and with the new atsc 3.0 standard going into effect all sets need this feature for the future. I hope LG and others start to realize this

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] this is a great TV, the picture is amazing. I did have an issue right out of the box, I had several misfiring LED's that were most likely a manufacturing error. But LG was great and sent out a tech to diagnose the problem and replaced the whole LED board for me. Excellent customer service
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've had our LG 8K TV for a couple of months now and couldn't be happier. Other TV brands had been picking up stray remote signals and doing things like changing channels and turning themselves off on their own. The LG TV does not seem to have that problem. The color is great and the picture is sharp.
I bought this tv 11 months ago and the screen got horizontal and vertical lines in it and had to be repaired within a year of owning the tv. Very unhappy with thud product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I also own a 65-inch LG OLED TV and bought this QNED for a bright room. The brightness is perfect and the colors are great. The art looks beautiful on the 8k display. The Magic Remote, which I love from my OLED works exactly the same. The gyro-controlled cursor is my favorite feature. I do wish that LG would focus on a single user interface for all their TVs and keep them all updated as they age. In my opinion, the OLED has a more usable and more responsive UI than the QNED. The app support from LG is really good on both TVs. They have all the major streaming providers without the need for an external device.
