have had it a month,, it's April, so not really being used, but on the occasion it ran, it
was quiet enough, and appearance is good. Seems easy enough to empty a full resevoir

Quiet Dehumidifier

Small unit with all the features that we needed. And easy access for continual draining. This drawer actually slides out easily when full. Make sure you consider small size of unit. This is a small unit for small rooms.
