I bought this about a month ago and am very happy with the operation. It's used in our family room in the basement. I'm really impressed with how much moisture it collects from the air. It's easy to set up and reasonably quiet in low fan mode.

Very effective

Very effective. In just 3 days the humidity in the entire house went down to comfortable levels. Not so quiet in Lo setting. We turn it off at night cause of the noise.

My basement doesn't smell musty anymore

I am a senior woman who lives alone and my unfinished basement seemed to get more musty each summer. Setting up the unit was extremely easy and I couldn't believe how much water came out of the air - the bucket had to be emptied every morning! Now a hose has been attached to the unit and all the water runs into a drain which keeps the humidity at a low level, eliminating all odour. I highly recommend this unit.

Keep a close eye on it, and make sure performance stays up to snuff. Had one die a couple weeks after warranty was up 🤨

Dehumidifies well and as a bonus, LEAKS PROFUSELY. Damaged 5x8 ft area of laminate flooring.
