This product is quiet and easy to set up. A drain hose can be purchased at your local DIY store and installed for added convenience.

Great unit for reducing basement humidity

I bought this unit about 3 weeks ago. Set up was easy and I placed it in the basement and hooked up for continuous water drain to the floor drain. Within a day of operation it reduced my basement humidity from 68% to 50% RH and reduced any musty damp feel. The unit is reasonably quiet I started the fan on high and then after a couple of days reduced it to medium. I am very pleased with the unit and its performance.

35 Pint Dehumidifier

I bought this dehumidifier about a month ago to address the high humidity in my basement. So far, it has worked great and I am really pleased with how much tidier it is with the internal lid to the water basin, that prevents messy spills when removing it from the unit. I would certainly recommend it to others.

Fantastic Frigidaire

I purchased this unit approximately one month ago. I was dubious because it was all plastic, as opposed to my former unit, which was mostly metal. However, I'm very impressed by my new Frigidaire dehumidifier. It has been working continuously and has very effectively removed the moisture and mustiness of my two car garage. The water storage component is easy to remove, it is equipped with a carrying handle and it is easily emptie. I'm very happy with my purchase and I recommend the unit to anyone, who requires a well functioning, easily portable and affordable dehumidifier.

My second and last!

Both humidifiers broke down after two seasons of use only. Costly repairs make them unaffordable.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
