Two weeks in, the dehumidifier is doing its job. What ultimately decides whether this is a good purchase will be many years down the road to see if it still works. Dehumidifiers have a tendency to die after a couple of years, but I hope this is not the case.

Brilliant Dehumidifier

My old dehumidifier died this spring so I sought a new one. The Frigidaire's had good reviews. I got the 35 pint model as it has a small basement to dehumidify. In the first few days the humidity readings went from 67% to start to 41% on the 3rd day. It works wonderfully to dehumidify the basement. My only issue is that it has not turned itself off when it reaches the 50% humidity I've set it to. The manual doesn't tell me anything about this. I've manually turned it off to save energy.

Great dehumidifier for it's size

We bought this unit ro replace a 2 year old "Noma" unit that would not work when we needed it this spring. Could not findparts & no company support, so we went to a more reliable brand & I must say it is much quieter, easy to set up worked great with the hose connection piped to the drain. No more emptying the reservoir

Best dehumidifier I have ever owned!

I have had this dehumidifier for a few weeks, and I'm so happy with it. It has a huge capacity, is quiet and keeps the humidity in the room at the perfect level. Very reasonably priced as well.
