Works perfectly and removes the moisture, does what it is designed for.

I purchased this brand and model on the recommendation of my daughter who had this same model for the past 3 years.It performed extremely well for her and it is performing exceptionally well for me. It surpassed the Noma that I previously had but dumped.
I would recommend this to a friend!

"EC" alarm

Bought this unit in June, 2023. Six months later it started tripping on the "EC" alarm. As this continued to happen, I reached out to customer support. Apparently I had bought a unit that was already out of warranty. Frigidaire had sold out of warranty units to the vendor that I bought it from. I was simply told to take it to a dealer for repair. From what I was able to "Google", this is not a repairable fault.

Dehumidifier

After only having this for 2 weeks it's difficult to rate 5 stars fairly. It does what I expected a dehumidifier should do. It's surprisingly quiet on medium & seems 2 do a good job. My only issue is that it never shuts off even when desired humidity level has been reached. Therefore running this on a timer seems to work best just to give it a daily rest.

Using in garage to keep excessive humidity down,. This is an issue in winter when snow melts off vehicles in a partially heated garage (10C). Drops humidity from 80% to 60% in 24 hours. The direct drain feature works well with a small hose attached.
