Great, for a portable AC

Purchased just in time for a heat wave to smack the west coast, and I'm glad I did. It was more than sufficient to keep my living room at a comfortable temperature.
That said, it's still a portable AC, so it's neither as efficient, or as powerful as a window unit. The wifi setup was fairly easy, and I'm able to log in remotely and turn it on from anywhere. Be aware that the exhaust tube needs to extend out at least 8 inches from the back of the unit, so it won't fit quite so nicely into tight spaces.
You'll want an extra fan to help push the air around, but it's otherwise very good.

Perfect for our space

We bought this a month ago, and it’s been a great addition. We have an open kitchen/dining/living space which is south west facing, and it cools the space down wonderfully. As far as having an operating machine inside your house, expect a little noise, but it’s a gentle hum in the background, and we don’t really notice it whilst it’s operating. Yes, it’s a little large, but it was quite easy to set up, and it rolls smoothly if you need to move it - just don’t expect to lug it up and down stairs.

Quiet (for portable A/C's) and easy to use.

The unit runs very smoothly, I'm happy with the temperature it produces, and the ability to control it on my phone. It was easy to set up. Exception being the window insert: I don't need it in the window all the time and it requires screws to lock into place and take out again. It is however a more safe design (security reasons) if you need to put it in a window on the main floor.

Great portable air conditioner

I stalled the air conditioner last week. Have used it almost everyday since. The unit was easy to unpackage, setup and install. Our window for the exhaust was a crank out window so the install was a bit different. However, I bought 1/4" plexiglass to place on the window and had a standard cutout made in the plexiglass for a perfect exhaust seal. Was glad fridgidaire used the standard size. The unit is very quiet even on the high fan speed. Our apartment cools down in a matter of minutes. We have a 700sqft space. We put a boot tray under the unit just incase of condensation/ water dripping... none to date. Come the fall, the unit and plexiglass will be very easy to uninstall and store until the next summer season. I'm very pleased with the unit and would recommend to others.

Has been a life saver!

Bought this unit in hopes to cool down our sweltering hot apartment with little airflow and have been impressed! Put it our main area that’s approx. 250 sq.ft and it is able to circulate cool air all the way across the room (rectangular shaped). The wifi connect is very helpful, I probably won’t use the dehumidifier mode, but it does have ionization mode which was unexpected. So I’ll try that as well! Overall a great unit, puts out a good amount of cooling, is a little power hungry on full cooling so it should be by itself on a circuit, and the noise is good.
I would recommend this to a friend!
