This ceramic nonstick cookware set was just what I needed. They are light-weight and so easy to clean. As I have aged, my older stainless steel set had become too heavy for me to cook with comfortably. Even though they are far less expensive than my older set, they work nicely on the glass top stove in my apartment. And I am delighted that I have to use far less cooking oil.

I am very pleased so far with the quality of the Ceramica cookware, as well as its performance. I have a gas cooktop, and the even heat provided by my new cookware is an improvement over what I previously used. I just wish there were more pieces, in different sizes, available to complete what I need.

There were a few inclusions in my set. The ceramica must have had bubbles or something in the finishing process that prevents a few of my pots and pans from being as smooth as they can be. No trouble as of yet, but I do worry about the longevity of the no stick surface.

These are lite weight. I’ve had them for a month or so. Use them several times a week. There is no need for oil with eggs they cook beautifully. I added a small amount of oil for diced potatoes to brown them. But really need to try making some without it to see. So far I love them.
