The pans are great for eggs. They slide right off. The two rivets that hold the handle to the pan aren't non-stick, so you have do do a little extra cleaning there, but everywhere else is a breeze to maintain and keep clean.

Nice set at an amazing price (on sale, $100 off). Replaced our 14 year old cook set. Low to medium heat setting is best. Medium high to boil. Never use high heat.

I chose the ceramics non stick over the stainless steel set because they were just a ready to cook on set. To much prep work on the stainless steel. The ceramics non stick so far are great. Seem very durable and they hold heat well. Only issue I see so far is when cooking foods you need a lid on the fry pans. They are so non stick that there tends to be slot of splatter and I’m cooking on low heat. I wish the 8 and 10 in pans came with lids. All in all I’m happy with this set

Each peace has a function and that's why I love the set so much. The only negative detail is that avoiding scratches is a challenge, as you must handle the pana and pots with lits of care, but it's still worth it because the quality of the surface is undeniable.
