These pots and pans are easy to clean. The heating is consistent, and works well on my flat top electric stove. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is that the lids do not have vents, and that would make them perfect.

When they say its non-stick, it truly is! We love the fat free cooking style these pans allow us. No butter, oil or spray necessary unless you want the added flavor. And quick and even heating is another plus. I will recommend this set to family and friends.

My very expensive pots & pans were showing signs of the coating lifting off, despite delicate care over the years. I wanted to replace these with a non-toxic option and have been EXTREMELY impressed with these. I need zero oil to coat before cooking and residue wipes away. The skillets are very small in this set and I could not find the same style to match, which is my only complaint...not being able to find more to buy.
