We like this cookware because it is well-made, heats evenly and does not scratch our glass cooktop. However, almost anything stains it, even on medium heat (vegetables, meats, w/ oil, butter, etc). We can avoid most permanent stains but some just won't budge. Other than disappointment with the staining, we think it's a nice set.

So far so good. They cook excellently, but I worry the exterior finish is not going to hold. I don't use the dishwasher with them, I only use plastic utensils, and I already have a nick in the edge of one of the pans.

I'm really enjoying the cookware, however, I wished it was easier to clean the bottom side. I use a gas range. Now my coffee maker by Cuisinart is 5 stars indeed!!!!!
