Cons regarding the materials used on the pans

The nonstick material is too slippery, making it difficult to turn food. Also, the pan covers have metal on the handles. The handles are fine but the metal that attaches the handle gets really hot and burns your hand when touched.

I love Ceramic pots and pans in general but these have turned out to be perfect. I love the color, the feel and the do what that are suppose to do.

The covers fit but could use a steam vent hole.
The weight of the pan allows the heat to transfer evenly.
The curve of the top of the pans prevents liquid from dripping down the sides.
The surface of the pans prevents anything from sticking while cooking.
All pans clean with one drop of dish soap and a soft cloth.
I would recommend the pans to anyone who cooks.
