There is a learning curve with this type of pan material but they are very easy to clean as long as I soak the pan when cooled. I also need to keep the temperature down more than I usually did in the past.

I love these pans! They are heavy weight and durable. The handles don't heat up. Great design. The pour lip is fantastic. I didn't think I would appreciate that as much as I do. Great warranty.

Well built and reasonably priced. I got the 7 piece set to compliment what I had in Cuisinart Everyday pots from 30 years ago (and still going strong). I do prefer the handles on the older pots as they have more girth to them. Also, not quite as thick as the old pots either. Finally, a smaller complaint, by why not arc weld the handles (like the old pots) instead of riveting them? Less places for food to stick to.
