The pots and pans are really sturdy and heat up evenly on lower heat to what I’m used to! They clean up really well and really evenly, but I do have problems with blueing of the steel on the bottom, but I believe this could be attributed to using too high of heat. Either way, it gets a like-new shine after rubbing with a bit of vinegar!

Sleek and simple and pretty. This cookware is highly functional and also attractive! It distributes the heat evenly and stainless steel is much safer (health-wise) than nonstick.
