I really like the Cookware all except the Frying Pan. I went to the Internet YouTube, following the suggestions on how to get a Patina applied to the surface of a Frying Pan. (A Non Stick Surface) No matter what I try I just can not get the surface I want so that food doesn't stick. I have tried Non-Stick Pans and at least the ones I have tried and been highly advertised on TV just don't work either.
