love these, but there was no warning about seasoning them before you cook with them which seems super obvious now, but i was so excited about having them, i didn't even think about it. please, please save yourself the headache of burned on food and season these!

Pots and pans get a lot hotter than any other pan I own. It takes getting used to as i burnt the first few meals. So keep in mind to keep the stove lower than you think

I did exactly as the packaging said as far as cooking on low heat. Hand washed and dried immediately but leaves a residue or discolored look in the bottom. Outside looks beautiful. Cooks well. Just the right weight.

This is a very solid set of cooking pans. They work flawlessly with the new induction cooktops. We purchased these as a gift for our son who works as a chef. He was very glad to receive this complete set as he was setting up his new apartment. I would definitely recommend these as high quality.

I am enjoying the cookware set because they are very sturdy and easy to clean when not placed in the dishwasher. When cooking you can cook everything on a low setting and your food is being heated evenly in the pot or pan. Aesthetically pleasing too.
