I'll start off by sharing that the set is gorgeous, BUT heavy which makes them a little difficult to manage (arthritis in both hands). After boiling eggs, a ring was visible at the water level. Well, getting the ring out was quite a challenge. Being stainless steal, I didn't realize how much work it would be to keep them looking fabulous. It's a nice set for younger hands.
I have to wash these pots once with water then vinegar then water again they always have spots it doesn't mater even if you just boil water this is the first time purchasing this expensive brand of pots and the last time. I don't like them cheeper brands never gave me a problem.
It is very nice, good assortment of sizes. It is a bit lighter weight clad bottoms than expected. They stack together great, saving a lot of space and lid holder is a nice help. I do love the Cuisinart brand, always quality cookware.
They look very nice and cook well. Only bought because need new cookware that is for induction cooktop. Not many choices. Im just not happy with the cleaning of these. I use oils or butter but still stick alittle. The pan has not been able to come clean even after soaking/scrubbing/ and dishwasher! Looks like stains wont come out. Ugh and i really wanted to like them. I do however love the stacking and lid rack!! Nice set over all
