Not sure what the problem is but have had this error since we got it and securing a full tank in the bracket is not an easy task

Intuitive, but directions a bit confusing on connecting grill to phone

I got this aa a retirement gift from my employer, it is convenient with the probe. I haven't been able to use it much due to the weather but the couple times I have my food has turned out better with knowing the temperature.
First Weber grill and definitely worth the money! The LED for temp, fuel and probes are very helpful along with the Wi-Fi connectivity to get real time alerts to produce perfectly grilled food.
This is really good. The Spirit has always been a good grill, but the built in Connect makes it great. I can check the temp under the cover and have the probe tell me how for the meat has progressed without having to go outside all the time.
