Mesh band is a sick joke

Do NOT buy the mesh band. It’s magnetic clasp adheres to metal and comes right off your wrist..My watch came off and I didn’t notice it was missing till I put metal pot in cupboard and saw watch stuck to pot. So disappointed. Will never buy a Fitbit product again. I bought it two days ago and called to return it and representative told me he had never heard of that problem before and gave me a hard time. Many reviews with same complaint. I was on the phone for a long time. I was constantly put on hold.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Issue with magnetic clasp.

First of all, I LOVE my new Fitbit Luxe. The Gorjana band is just super. Unfortunately, I'll be returning this mesh band. It looks great, and the materials are of a great quality, but the magnetic clasp sticks to anything metal - like the metal arms of my outdoor chairs - and opens, causing the watch to fall off.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
