The worst oven / service we have ever experienced.

Bought in a new building. Oven (brand new) displays error message, stovetop leaks gas…have not worked in 2 months. Instead of replacing, they are just ordering new parts. the worst appliance experience we have ever had.

The control panel does not allow you to pick a setting. When preheating the oven, the temperature will not stay on your selection, it keeps increasing until the oven get to its highest temperature. Trying to pick settings at all is very frustrating as there is roughly a 5-15 second lag when hitting your selection and then once it allows you select it, it reverts to the ovens Home Screen. At this point, we don’t use this wall oven for anything because it does not function as expected. Huge waste of money!
