Fun For The Whole Family!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had a multitude of hot summer days and this pool has been so refreshing to have! It's big enough so that the pool never gets crowded, even when we invite friends to join in the fun and cool off. It's been a wonderful way to get everyone together and spend quality time.
The set up was straight forward. It wasn't hard to put together with the clear directions it came with. All in all, it took just over and hour from out of the box to starting to fill it up. We have had no issues at all with it and think we will be enjoying this for at least a few more years. Great quality and value. I am so happy with it!

LOVE this pool

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently got the Intex 20'x52" prism frame premium pool set and I absolutely love it!! The pool is made with puncture resistant material and is also enhanced with strong powder coated steel tubing. The filter that comes with this pool works great and does a great job of keeping it clean. The best part about this pool is that it's T post design makes putting up the pool a piece of cake! After the ground was level it took less than an hour for my husband and I to put up the pool. My family loves it!

Quick Set-Up & Enjoy!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The hardest thing about this pool was waiting for it to fill-up with water before getting in to beat the heat. I would suggest getting the top ring together before doing the sides because it all come together very snug and secure, and it made it a little easier to get it attached towards the end of set up. Other than that, the pool is amazing, it comes with everything and more ti be complete and ready to swim.

20ftx52in prism pool

This pool was worth every dollar. My family helped me assemble it and together it was very simple. The T-post design made it a very simple and not so time consuming experience. I'm really impressed with the pump that came with the pool, it really moves some water! I can't think of any negatives about the pool, and I'm not in any way endorsed by this company at all. I've also never owned a pool of this size before, but all and all I think this pool is awesome and you won't be disappointed.

Leaking Liner

We purchased this pool 20' X 52' in March 2025. There were leaking issues with the liner. We immediately contacted Intex. They completed the warranty documentation and shipped a new liner from California to Canada. We received the new liner in approximately 10 days. The new liner is up and so far working fine. It remains to be seen how our summer will progress since this is the first Intex we have used. Thank you Intex for providing professional service to this customer. We would highly recommend this company. We will update review after we have used it for a year.
