They make impossible to order warranty replacement

Very kludgy interface makes it difficult to properly register product until the third try. And I’m a techie so this would be impossible for the average guy. Your customers deserve a better registration experience.

Broke protector in short period of time.

It broke at both bottom corners after only about 4 months which surprised me about its quality.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Waranty registration a huge pain

If you actually wanted people to register their product for a warranty, you wouldn’t make the registration process online like a house of mirrors or a corn maze. Make it easy or don't provide a waranty at all.
