The touchpad is the weak point. But no matter what you do with a Chromebook, you're going to use the touchpad constantly, so this really just kills it.
It's laggy and inconsistent. Smoothly slide your finger across it and the cursor moves in jerks and starts. Stop moving and the cursor keeps going for a bit. Just trying to click a small button can be infuriating as the cursor slides around like it's on ice.
And no, it's not trackpad speed too high or trackpad acceleration being on.
I finally bought a laptop. Trying to do things on here that are not linked to needing internet/wifi. Still get the slow and loading arrow. Not happy with a brand new 2023 device and it can’t even load a photo off a sd card without loading…….
