[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought it for classes. It's actually pretty difficult to use but with some extra work and lots of file transfers to and from your phone to your email. You can get some stuff done in twice the amount of time. . doable but annoying.

When they stop supporting our model then we will be forced to throw a perfectly wonderful unit and the replacement cartridges into the garbage heap..., AGAIN. A fantastic product at a great price.

I love this new Chromebook. I bought it to replace my old one that I bought back in 2012. My old one was a HP 14” 2012 model and finally just stopped working. It needed a new battery and screen. Repairing it was going to cost the same price as buying this new model. I love it. Works just as perfectly as my old one. I’m really enjoying the touch screen. HP chromebooks are the way to go for sure. Hopefully I’ll get 10 strong years of use out of this one as well!
