Absolutely love this humidifier!

This is the second one I have bought. The first one is 4 or 5 years old and still works good. Just bought this one as a back-up. I like the big opening to get my hand in there to keep it clean. Also a very good price!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Warranty Replacement

Original tank has a leak on the side walls, so can't use yet. They are kindly sending a warranty replacement, so I won't know how it works until I receive the replacement.

Pros and Cons

This is a fairly compact, easy to use humidifier with a good range of adjustment for moisture level. I was gifted this humidifier two years ago and happily used it for about 4 months each year during the winters. This year when I went to turn it on, everything worked fine expect the motor made a horrible loud noise instead of the normal quite hum. The warranty department was quick to respond to my questions and follow up. I was surprised when I received an entirely new humidifier (which has been working well for the past few weeks). It's a disappointment that it is cheaper to simply send a new product versus replacing one part in the old one. I hope this one lasts longer than the first one.
I would recommend this to a friend!

When it works it’s great, but longevity not so mic

I am once again having issues with my humidifier. Last year when I went to turn it one it was making an odd sound and it was something I couldn’t fix. They sent me a replacement as I had only had it a year. For the new one in March 2022. I’ve kept up with the scale and build up but it now will not release any mist. I see the bubbles but nothing comes up. I cleaned it well today and still nothing tonight.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Good humidifier.

Runs quietly and produces plenty of humidity. However, it shuts off around 2 hours later despite having a full tank. Not sure if mine is faulty but it’s frustrating waking up to a dry room.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We have been using this humidifer for the past 2 years for our child until we recently started to experience an issue. First of all, the humidifier is great but what's even better is the customer service. We received a quick and efficient response (over the holiday, too!), and highly satisfied at how they resolved the issue.
